Clean, cozy, excellent location and great price. We will be coming back! Positive: The location made it easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops. It was close to two of the trolly stops and noticed it was quiet at night. All the details in the room provided you with everything that you would need and all the comfort.

Positive: Location. Amenities. Kitchenette. Very high speed internet was great for remote work. Negative: Mattress was a bit sunken in the middle and a bit on the extra firm side so it was a bit uncomfortable for two people but otherwise everything was great.

MY STAY WAS COMFORTABLE AND AFFORDABLE. Positive: THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM AND THE AMENITIES IN THE ROOM. THE LOCATIONS' PROXIMITY TO THE EXPRESSWAY. THE AFFORDABILITY OF THE PROPERTY. I WOULD BOOK AGAIN. Negative: THE AREA TO WALK IS A LITTLE DARK TO WALK AT NIGHT. I AM FROM OUT OF TOWN. I DO UNDERSTAND THE PARKING IS LIMITED.

The area was great and we felt safe walking around town. The kitchenette was stocked well even though we didn't use it. If we are able to come back to St. Pete we would likely stay here again.
